Maker’s Minute: Miniature Gardens in Stone
Share
Some stones hold more than just color or sparkle—they tell stories. Dendritic agates have always fascinated me because they feel alive, like tiny moss gardens or forests captured inside a stone. Each one is different, with delicate branch-like inclusions that look like trees, coral, or even landscapes seen from above.
When I first set these stones in silver, I couldn’t stop turning them in the light, seeing something new each time. One looks like a misty mountain range, another like a mossy meadow after a rainstorm, another like a coral reef tucked beneath the waves. They’re little windows into nature, small enough to wear close to your heart.
This week, I’m sharing a handful of these special pendants—each one a reminder of the quiet, hidden beauty of the natural world. Like all of my jewelry, these pieces are handmade in Vermont, and no two will ever be quite the same.
Whether you see a forest, a shoreline, or a secret garden, I hope these pendants invite you to pause and find a bit of wonder in the everyday.
💚 Each pendant comes with a reusable Divella Designs pouch and a Sunshine polishing cloth—ready for gifting, or for carrying your own little piece of nature wherever you go.
