Q: Are all your pieces one of a kind?
A: Almost all! Most of my jewelry is truly one of a kind—crafted with unique stones or kiln-fired enamel. For a few customer favorites, I offer a limited number of pre-order options. These are still made one at a time, by hand, after each order is placed. I don’t use molds, casting, or batch production, so even made-to-order pieces have their own subtle variations and individuality.
What does “made to order” mean?
When you purchase a made-to-order piece, you're reserving a spot in my studio schedule. I’ll create your item just for you—one at a time—using the same design and materials as the original, but with small, natural variations. Please allow up to 1–2 weeks for creation before your order ships. I’ll always keep you updated if timing shifts.
What materials do you use?
I work primarily in solid sterling silver and fine silver, often paired with ethically sourced stones, copper, and kiln-fired enamel. All ear wires and posts are made with sterling silver or niobium, which is naturally hypoallergenic and great for sensitive ears.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Each order includes a reusable Divella Designs pouch and a Sunshine polishing cloth for easy care. To keep your jewelry looking its best, store it in the pouch when not in use, and avoid exposure to lotions, perfumes, or chlorine. A gentle polish now and then will bring back its shine.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Absolutely. All pieces come in a reusable pouch, and if you’d like to include a short gift note, you can leave your message at checkout. I'm happy to ship directly to your recipient—just be sure to use their name and address for delivery.
Do you make custom pieces?
Sometimes! If you have a special request—like incorporating a specific stone, creating a keepsake fur charm, or customizing a design you’ve seen—please reach out via the Contact page or email me at help@divelladesigns.com. I can’t guarantee every request will be possible, but I’ll always let you know what I can do.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. I currently ship within the United States only, via USPS. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I forgot to include a gift card, is it too late?
You’ll receive shipping confirmation as soon as your order is shipped. If your order hasn’t shipped, give me a shout.
My order is a gift, what do you include in the package?
A packing slip will be included without pricing information, it will provide who the gift is from. Your gift will be beautifully packaged and include some sweets, care information card, business card and if you desire, a message. Make sure to include what you'd like to say in the notes at checkout
How fast is shipping?
I prepare your order for shipping the same day your order is placed, even on weekends. Your order then goes out the following business day.
How can I find out where my package is?
You will receive shipping confirmation when your order is shipped and it will include tracking.
What’s your return and refund policy?
I place a very high priority on your satisfaction—I want you to be thrilled with every aspect of your purchase.
If you're not happy with your piece, please reach out within 30 days of receiving your order to let me know what’s going on. Items returned in their original condition are eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping).
Please note:
– Sale items and custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless damaged in shipping.
– If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo of it right away. You'll need that for a USPS claim.
That said, I take packaging seriously and ship each piece in a sturdy mailer with plenty of padding. Since 2007, I’ve never had a piece arrive damaged—but if something happens, I’ll do everything I can to create a suitable replacement. Most of my pieces are one of a kind and can’t be exactly duplicated, but we’ll work together to make it right.
What’s your privacy policy?
Rest assured, I don’t rent or sell your information…any of it! Some info is shared with third parties such as Shopify, USPS in order to process your order. You can find more details on how & why that info is shared with on my ”Returns and Privacy Policies” page.
I’m concerned about toxic materials, what materials do you use?
All of my materials are lead, nickel and cadmium free. I cut my forms from:
CDA #110 copper; 99.9% pure purchased from Rio Grande Jewelry Making Supplies in New Mexico and source my and silver wire from them as well.
My silver is either fine (.999) or sterling (.925)
The enamels I use are Thompson located in Kentucky. They are unleaded enamels without exception.
I source the balance of my materials from US based companies who have a reputation in the industry for high standards of quality and disclosure.
On the rare occasion I use a plated material, be assured they are also lead, nickel and cadmium free and will be stated in the description of the product.
