What’s your return and refund policy?
I place a very high priority on your satisfaction—I want you to be thrilled with every aspect of your purchase.
If you're not happy with your piece, please reach out within 30 days of receiving your order to let me know what’s going on. Items returned in their original condition are eligible for a full refund, excluding original shipping.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.
Please note:
– Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless damaged in shipping.
- Final Sales items are non-refundable unless damaged in shipping.
– If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo of it right away. You’ll need that for a USPS claim.
That said, I take packaging seriously and ship each piece in a sturdy mailer with plenty of padding. Since 2007, I’ve never had a piece arrive damaged—but if something happens, I’ll do everything I can to create a suitable replacement. Most of my pieces are handmade and can’t be exactly duplicated, but we’ll work together to make it right.
