Soft, earthy and a little unexpected, these enamel earrings bring a gentle touch of nature to a bold geometric shape. The creamy enamel background keeps them easy to wear, while the tiny green heart detail gives them that hand-drawn, one-of-a-kind character.
Each pair begins with copper that I cut into an open square shape, then kiln-fire with layers of enamel for a smooth glass finish. The edges are left dark, framing the pale enamel and giving the earrings a bit more definition. A small meadow-like heart near the bottom adds an organic contrast to the clean lines of the square.
Lightweight and easy to wear, they hang from niobium ear wires.
